One of our five waiver pickups this week was Trevor Booker, Power Forward on the Washington Wizards. This Dunk of the Week was from Monday; a game in which Booker started AND ‘starred’ in, pouring in 19 points to go along with his 3 steals and 3 blocks. Prepare yourself for the ‘beasts’ monster slam dunk vs Toronto… (and pick him up in your fantasy leagues if he’s still available!)

In all fairness to Charlotte Bobcat backup center DeSagana Diop, who just turned 30 years old on Monday, he really hasn’t been to the free throw line all that much. In fact over the last four seasons, he’s attempted 95 free throws and has made only 29 for a paltry 30.5% average. So although no one was surprised when he missed this free throw attempt vs the Washington Wizards last Saturday, what was shocking was that the ball missed the rim by a good three feet. Members of his team chipped in after the game to get Diop a GPS for when he takes his next freebie…
You’re on a 1-12 team which arguably could be the worst in the league and you find the need to show-boat? Maybe a better team for center JaVale McGee would be the Harlem Globetrotters!
What was Wizards Center JaVale McGee thinking?
