(VIDEOS): UCONN’S Sophmore Guard Shabazz Napier launches up a desperation 27 foot prayer with 0.6 seconds left in overtime at Villanova on President’s Day, 2/20/12. It was like a Deja Vu moment as the Huskies did practically the same thing last year against the same team at Storrs, Ct. when Kemba Walker drove the lane with a 10 foot floater with 2.5 seconds to go in the game. UCONN was ranked 8th at the start of that game and ‘Nova was 7th. Here are both videos…

Gates is Cincinnati’s top frontcourt player. He’ll miss games against Wright State, Radford, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Chicago State, Oklahoma and the Bearcats’ Big East opener at Pittsburgh. The suspensions will affect only one Big East game, the Bearcats’ league opener at Pittsburgh on Jan. 1.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff…seriously? On the street he would have had a record. On the court he misses playing against Radford and Arkansas-Pine Bluff… Unbelievable!
