Oklahoma State star guard Markel Brown made this spectacular dunk which resulted in a technical foul for staring down the Missouri guard he dunked over, Matt Pressey. He also was called for mouthing off instead of running back down court on defense. Brown had earlier gotten a technical for a similar offense which came right after the opening dunk in the game. That was why the second one resulted in his ejection.

This was unfortunate given that the dunk followed a time out and was a designed play which went perfectly except for Brown’s foolishness. It ignited his team however who went on to beat Missouri 79-72. Here is some info on the talented sophomore guard from his stats last year:
• Averaged 6.4 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.• led the squad with 33 blocked shots, the most ever by a Cowboy guard and the fifth-most ever by a freshman at OSU. • His 28 steals rank as the sixth-most ever by a Cowboy freshman. • tied for fifth in the Big 12 Conference for blocked shots in conference games only, averaging 1.5 per league contest.
