Could Blake Griffin really be ‘comin’ to town’?Although the league has not yet ‘officially’ announced it, it appears that a fourth NBA game will be added to the Christmas Day/Night schedule. Already on tap are the New York Knicks/Boston Celtics; Amare & Melo vs Rondo & Pierce, Miami Heat/Dallas Mavericks in a rematch of last year’s finals, and the Los Angeles Lakers/Chicago Bulls featuring Kobe vs Rose. Now, as reported in the Contra Costa Times, there comes a strong possibility that another game will be scheduled for the nightcap; Los Angeles Clippers/Golden State Warriors-Blake Griffin vs the debut of head coach and former Knick and Pacer guard, Mark Jackson. At the moment it is only a ‘strong’ rumor but how amazing would that be, especially for those on the East Coast who don’t get the chance to see him play that often. “Well Santa, we’ve been good all year!!”
I love the Lakers, but I would much rather watch the impending 150-148 game between Blake and the Clip Joint vs. the War Lords.

We would rather see Blake and GSW play as well. Lakers are always on TNT or game of the week but the Clippers are a rarity here on the east coast. Hope the league makes it official next week.
Thanks for the comment!
